Separators

Disconnectors are 3-phase devices in medium voltage systems that can be opened and closed when the circuit is open. They do not have the ability to open and close under load. Sectioners are three poles and all poles are controlled by a common control mechanism and can be mounted on a wall or a vertical plane and they can be mounted on a wall or a vertical plane and include a chassis, support insulators, blades. shaped movable contacts, fixed contacts, mechanical arrangement for opening and closing movable contacts, locking device. They consist of knife separators. Sectioners (polar separators) are manufactured domestically and internationally. External and internal type units are also divided into four categories, insured and uninsured.

Built-in partition; An open system is installed between the breaker and the main bus in distribution and substations and is used to de-energize the breaker by opening the section after opening the breaker. Fused internal sections are used to protect the internal demand transformer (service transformer) and cut off power when necessary.

External type units; They are used to separate the discharged air line in power transmission lines. Fused open-type sections are used to protect pole-mounted transformers ≥ 400kVA and to de-energize the transformer when necessary.

Note: The transformer must be unloaded from the LV Panel before performing these operations.
